BWHA PL1-4 Umpire Questionnaire

Dear PL1-4 Umpires,

Thank you to our senior umpires for your support and dedication to our Association.
 Your time, experience and enthusiasm is appreciated.
Can you please complete the below Questionnaire with as much detail as possible, 
it will assist with our umpire allocations for the 2025 season.  If you have any changes
throughout the season due to tournament appointments or injury, please let me know as 
soon as practical.

Questionnaire Closes: 12 Noon, Tuesday 18 February 2024

Please ensure you inform your club of your availability, especially if you are umpiring for multiple clubs.
