BULLS IN TRAINING AT ORMISTON COLLEGE is a five-week after-school hockey program run by Bulimba Bulls Hockey Club for Ormiston College students in Years 3 to 5. Played before or keen to try? Everyone's welcome. It's a head start for the Year 3s before their first JTAS season, a preseason for the Year 4s and 5s, and a fun hour of hockey for anyone who just wants to have a go.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
- No experience needed. Beginners and players alike.
- Boys and girls, Years 3 to 5.
- Sticks, shin pads and balls supplied. A mouthguard is all they need. Just send the kids.
- Mouthguards are easy to find at sports stores like Rebel Sport or Decathlon, and at local pharmacies.
- Small groups with plenty of Bulls coaches on hand.
- $50 for the five weeks, about $10 a session.

WHEN: Wednesdays 3:40pm to 4:40pm, 21 October to 18 November 2026 (five sessions)
WHERE: Junior School Oval, Ormiston College
KEY DATES:
- Please register early: registrations close Tuesday 20 October, but please register by Wednesday 14 October so we can lock in enough coaches. Places are confirmed in order of registration.
- First session: Wednesday 21 October, then every Wednesday to 18 November.
- Plus: Halloween Hockey at the Bulls, Friday 30 October at the State Hockey Centre. Ormiston families are invited.
